Experiential marketing agency for Dallas

Dallas works at stadium scale, from the State Fair at Fair Park to World Cup crowds. We produce in Dallas and across the metro from our Los Angeles and New York teams.

Experiential marketing in Dallas

Dallas-Fort Worth does big better than most markets. The State Fair of Texas typically draws two million or more people to Fair Park over about three weeks, and in 2026 the same grounds turned into a FIFA Fan Festival that could hold around 35,000 people at once. An experiential marketing agency in Dallas has to plan for that scale: long sightlines, heavy foot traffic, and builds that hold up to Texas heat and a lot of handling.

Our Dallas-area work came from the music side. For the 2023 Academy of Country Music Awards, held at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, we produced the arrivals experience around a 115-foot step-and-repeat, then flipped it into an afterparty with a live music stage. Turning a press line into a party space on the same night is a timing problem as much as a design one, and it is the kind of changeover our producers plan to the minute.

AGENC does not have a Dallas office. We produce in Dallas from our Los Angeles and New York teams, traveling for scouting, load-in and show days. Our larger builds, like Paramount's 36,000-square-foot mountain for Super Bowl LVIII, show how we handle fabrication and logistics at a distance. More examples are on our work page and our event marketing page.

Dallas also works as a stop on national tours. Our Drunk Elephant C-Luma tour ran two days in each city with more than 2,000 visitors a day, and our Deli Boys campaign reached six cities with one creative idea. The same approach adapts to the Dallas area, where the right venue is as likely to be in Frisco, Arlington or Fort Worth as downtown.

Fair Park, the State Fair and stadium crowds

State Fair of Texas

The 2026 State Fair of Texas runs September 25 to October 18 at Fair Park, with adult admission at $15 Monday to Thursday and $25 Friday to Sunday, and parking $5 cheaper than last year (Dallas Express). The 2025 fair drew about 2 million people, down from roughly 2.4 million in 2024, and officials describe 2 to 2.5 million as typical. Weekday and weekend prices differ, and so do the crowds, which changes who walks past a sampling tent on a Tuesday compared with a Saturday. The peak day was the Red River Rivalry on October 11, 2025, with more than 193,000 visitors (CBS Texas).

FIFA Fan Festival at Fair Park

For the 2026 World Cup, Fair Park hosted the free FIFA Fan Festival from June 11 to July 19, open on all 34 match days across The Pavilion and nearby lots. It covered roughly a million square feet with capacity for about 35,000 people at a time, was produced by C3 Presents and carried nine commercial partners (City of Arlington). Powerade's "House of Future Legends" was one of the brand builds there (Event Marketer).

Frisco and the suburbs

Some of the metro's biggest productions happen outside Dallas proper. The ACM Awards moved to the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco in 2023 (Community Impact). Scouting a Dallas project should include the suburbs.
